Paul Wong is a Hong Kong musician, singer, songwriter, and record producer. He is best known as the lead guitarist for the iconic Hong Kong rock band Beyond.
Wong joined Beyond in 1985, contributing significantly to their signature sound and numerous hit songs. His distinctive guitar riffs and songwriting talents were instrumental in the band's widespread popularity throughout Asia.
Following the tragic death of Beyond's frontman, Wong Ka Kui, in 1993, Paul Wong continued to work with the band until their disbandment in 2005. Since then, he has pursued a successful solo career, releasing several albums and performing extensively. He remains a highly respected figure in the Hong Kong music scene.
